Kielo Does Good

In Kielo’s charity programme, Kielo employees use two working days per year for charitable activities.

We want to create positive change in the properties we invest in, the environments we operate in, and the lives of the people we connect with. As a nationwide operator, we are in a position to do good all across Finland.

For us, responsibility means being present. We are an approachable provider of premises who understands local needs and operates in a people-focused way. We support our tenants in everyday changes, offer premises where people can thrive, and build partnerships that last.

Kielo’s operating model is based on partnership. We work with the best local experts to meet our customers’ needs quickly and flexibly. At the same time, we have a positive impact on society by creating growth, wellbeing, and opportunities. Responsibility is visible in our everyday solutions, in the development of our properties, and in the way we are present in communities. Each year, Kielo employees choose a local charity to support.

Additionally, in 2025 we are taking part in the “50 Charity Days” project to strengthen local communities at our locations. In this project, every Kielo employee can use about two working days during the year for voluntary work. Suggestions are collected from the whole staff, and initiatives are planned together for each office and city, so that they are meaningful where we operate.
