Kielo creates positive change to properties we invest in, environments we operate in, and lives of the people we engage with. We are an approachable and familiar business premises provider that operates locally and utilizes the region’s best expertise and skills extensively. Kielo is owned by real estate investment company Nyfosa.
We have 96 properties with approximately 800 tenants. We actively and analytically seek new opportunities to invest and develop, both responsibly and sustainably. This happens by keeping our eyes open, ears sharp, and mind open to new possibilities.
For Kielo, the customer is a hero – and no hero is the same. To meet your and your company’s individual and changing needs, we carry out multiple development projects in our properties.
